Journaling reads: It is nice to have so many tourist attractions in our own back yard. Legoland California had just opened up that year, and with all the lego sets Rachel had, she was so excited to go. It is the perfect Amusement Park for the younger kids, so with Rachel being seven I knew she would love it. We explored the whole park, but I think she rode The Royal Joust a dozen times, & loving dragons, we rode the Dragon Roller Coaster eighteen times.
