The Process: I began with the Layered Tissue Paper, and added a long narrow fotoblendz. I attached the photo to the bottom 2/3 of the mask, and then clipped a cloud transfer from AP to the top 1/3 of the mask. I added a few transfers and brushes from AP Scholarly to the photo area, using various blend modes. I added the WordART, changing its color and added a scripttease Overlay changing its color as well. I then added the WarmGlow, bringing down its opacity a bit, and added the sparkle frame around the little girl. I used the clone stamp tool to repeat some of the sparkles from the frame up and through the WordART, and added the LoopDaLoop. At this point I created a composite of all the layer by hitting shift/ctrl/alt/e, and scaled this composite layer down a bit, and placed a darker cardstock behind it, edging it with white stitches.
