The foundation is a paperie from the Getaway Palette, chosen for 2 reasons, it matches her eyes and the theme is appropriate.

Getaway transfer 9 was used a clipping mask for the photo.
Transfer 2 and brush 15 were placed in the background.
Frame 1 was placed behind all the overlays and blended with Lighter Color.
The little flower, with lowered opacity, is just the right tender touch for her innocence.
