I'm very sorry I haven't been around more lately, but my DH Konstantinos passed away on Dec. 12, 2013, after a 1 month in the hospital from infection in the lungs and an endohospital virus later. He was very weak to struggle the infection because of previous multiple health problems
(PD since 2000 and on October 2012 new ones added. He was diagnosed with cancer in the big intestine and Myelodysplastic Syndrome) Life is very hard without him, my world turned upside down. The thought that he couldnt live a real life, because of all these, soothes my pain. The first days I had the impression that I will die. However I must live, I have to live. My sons still needs me and their love gives me courage. Then there is a grandson, who has my husbands name and a new one, from my second sons wife is on the way. I will be a full time babysitter for him, since my DIL works. Then I have scrapbooking. I have lost my mojo and I had to try hard to create this layout. I post it feeling like a beginner.

I am sorry to hear fo your loss. My mom passed away last November and I found scrapbooking very therapeutical.
Your page does not look like a beginner's. Love the photo treatment. This would be a great opera poster.

Oh Maria - I had wondered where you were. my heart breaks for you. Big {{{hugs}}} from me. It sounds like your dear Konstantinos was going through a tremendous amount of health issues. I know that being there for you family will help you though these difficult days. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I love this layout with the bokeh and flares. beautiful page. Scrapping will help as well.
