Removed the framed photos from the template, rotade it, and clipped the photo to one of the layers on the template. Duplicated the photo, removed the color from the top layer and lowered the saturation on the bottom layer. Erased the face on the b/w layer. Merged the photo layers together, duplicated it and used High Pass on the top layer, and changed the blending mode to Overlay. Clipped one of the overlays from the palette to the top layer.
