Notes on Process using Photoshop Elements 14

After plugging in the photos (and removing two frames), I worked on the title and journaling and then the background (Artsy Paper #1). I added the embellishments (exclusion blending mode and some slight texturizing on the blue stars), and Beaded Threadz, then several layers of paint to coordinate with the punched ticket on the hat. As a final touch, I put a small white stroke on the title.
