APP Breath has some great pieces lovely backgrounds and coloured stains, elements and brush marks to work with.

I started with my 12 x 12 paper and selected a solid paper from the palette then added one of the main ArtStroke from the palette.

I used one of the frames and clipped my image to it and added some of the brush strokes to give it flair. I then added one of the Tissue Textures to complete the image.
