I so enjoyed your journaling, I'd say you & your husband created paradise. Books were my escape when I was growing up, you're blessed your mom encouraged you. I love the photo treatment you used and you look so comfy in your chair.
Wonderful LO. I used to have several cupboards and drawers filled with books. My small apartment does not have room for shelves.
Then I was given an e-book reader. So now I have a HUGE collection of E-books. Just over 4000 at the last count. Many of the Physical books I used to own, I have re-purchased as E-books.
E-books makes it easier on my now failing eyes because I can resize the text. You can't do that with Physical books.
I enjoyed your story. My husband and I share a love of reading, too. Curling up with a book in a comfy chair is my choice of reading nook. No eBooks for me. I love the cluster of reading snacks and beverage.
@Robloz55 My eyes are too light sensitive to use any of the e-readers. So need to use physical books. I agree that e-books take up a lot less space. Glad you still keep on reading.
Wonderful story about reading and how nice that shared that passion with your hubby. I don't know anyone who reads as much as you do. I too love reading but only manage 1 book every week or two.
