I first worked with the photo. I made an extraction because the background was really ugly. I increased the brightness and I copied it, first bright light mode, then multiply mode. On the first layer I clipped several transfers trying different blending mode to color the tutu who was white. When I was satisfied, I merged the clipping mask. And then I clipped the two pictures on the same paper as the background and on a Watercolor Blendz.
I then added other transfers under the mask to enhance the background.
I added ScriptTease and WordArt, colorized with transfers or glows, and JazzedUp LooDaaLoop.
