For our last day, we left at 5:45am for San Diego Canyon Overlook. It was overgrown and there was no view of the canyon at sunrise, so we took the road at Jemez Springs, stopped at a wonderful overlook as the sun came over the mountain, and spent a few minutes at Fenton Lake State Park.
