In a new document I clipped the photo to a WaterColor FotoBlendz. I did that twice on a copy of the photo to another WaterColor FotoBlendz. I set the first clipped photo to overlay Blendmode. I placed the solid backgroundpaper with the circles on it but I changed the opacity a bit. I made another copy of the photo and rotated the photo horizontal and I blended a bit of the blue pattern in with a layermask on the right side of the photo. I placed the frame and I used a layermask to blend parts of the photo back in. I placed all the transfers and brushes. I placed the elements and the title. I typed the text and clipped a transfer to it. I blended the text in the background with a Blendmode and the Blend if. I merged the layers and sharpened the page.
