I created my page with the NEW ArtPlay Equinox Collection.
my process: With PSElements I applied 2 filters to my floral photo creating a floral outline & placed it on a solid paper. Clipped another photo to a fotoblendz and blended it with the addition of an Artsy Transfer from the Equinox Artsy Layered Template over the floral outline photo. Edited a MultiMedia cluster and wordart. Placed Fotoglows to brighten areas & a few extra splatters.
