This lo is inspired by Billa, but not to offend her beautiful, unique style and her phenomenal, artistic clustersit was that she frequently makes arty layouts that I LOVE!!! She inspired me to try onean arty lo..without copying her and the style that is her very own. (I wanted to just flat copy her!!!! Hee hee!)
Now, I know youre going to say DRAMA, DRAMA, DRAMA! but, this thats not how I interpret this beautiful photo by Deviant Art. I prefer to think of her as a dancer, having given her all and falling, exhausted, elated with her performance..on the steps outside the a famous old London playhouse, dreaming of the success she experienced that evening!
Yes, its symbolic!
1. The open birdcage (boy was that a pain to extract from Vinnies beautiful paper!)..note the open lock, that she is free from her feelings of inadequacy.
2. Blue rings ascending upward: her ascent to the heights of her art.
3. the flowers surrounding her with the scent of sweet success
4. the wispy brushes: sweet dreams
5. the glitter flowers and glitz: her glow of happiness
6. the fog: comfort, safety and security
7. and FINALLY, the cameo: the values of old that have been instilled within her, that hard work and dedication do pay off.
Okay, now dont laugh at me! I have fun with these little fantasies I attach to many of my layouts!.... a little story in my head related with a picture. Hee hee!
