The bank holiday weekend means four days of doing whatever it is you want to do and knowing that you dont have to get up early the following morning. It also usually means cold, wet and windy weather. But against all odds, this year, the weather is dry, sunny and unseasonably warm. As if an excuse were needed, the good weather is reason enough for an impromptu barbecue and a cocktail or two. Mojitos are the drink of choice for you, fun to make and delicious to taste. Fingers crossed, this is the start of a decent summer season this year.
