Page Process-
The photo was clipped to a MultiLayered FotoBlendz and then both layers were resized and repositioned into place at the upper portion of the page.

Brushes were added for texture and some were recolored, others duplicated, and blended into the design.

WordART was placed and resized and the quote was added in a simple font across the bottom to create some balance for the visual eye.
FotoGlows were blended in to create a bit of retro color, but still leaving the main black and white and a bit of tutu pink feel to the ART.

The WordART, brushes and a MultiMedia Hygge psd where the heart shadows were turned off and the color dodge blending mode was applied to the heart layers created the small collage below the photo.
