Notes: Artsy paper 3 as my foundation, I brought in the extracted photos of the building and little girl, resizing and placing them on the page. Over the building, I placed the photo of the silhouette trees and blended to Linear burn to knock out the washed out sky. I colored the girls dress with blue on a separate layer above the photo and blended to Overlay.

From there I built up the page with brushes; artsy stains, splatters, birds and the stars on the background and giving them blend modes. I also placed a word art transfer at the right of the girl at the roof line of the building. I added the foliage behind the girl to represent wings and blended.

Typing out the title behind the girl, I added the ripped paper next to her, clipping a paper to the mask and typing the quote over it. After placing the banner I added the word curious to it. Blend Ifs was used on all the verbiage. I added the butterfly and called it done.

Footnote: Earlier in the process I had brought in a bird from MM Birds No. 1 but didnt like it as the page grew, but I kept the glows which I had placed behind the girl.
This is wonderful Barbara! I love being engrossed in a layout, searching for hidden surprises and beautiful elements. Stunning!

This is awesome! It's one of those pages that you have to come back to, to enjoy again. Excellent work!
