Proceed:
I started with an artsy paper from ArtPlay Palette Pierian. Rotated it.
I added the photo and set bleinding mode to Color Burn.
I masked the photo.
I placed the title and wordART from Quaint WordART Mix No. 1 I finished the layout with embellishments from ArtPlay Palette Pierian: button and foliage.
Writed a little history - rasterized the tex, and masked it.
Add date and the place name.
Framed my page with Artist Edges Overlays No.7, white color.
