like everyone I loved the dancer too so I wanted to give her some other clothes because dancing your own dance also means choosing your won clothes

At first I applied the stamp filter (sketch section) to get a line drawing. I also used the color range selection tool because i wanted to color the lines so I had to get rid of the white (color overlay layer style)

I crt clicked on the woman so I got a selection. On a new layer I filled it with black (ans made a customized shape of ot) I clipped some back ground parers on it and hid/ reveal with a layer mask

with the marquee and the polygonal losso tool I made the spotlight
