The photo (not mine I don't know which website) was treated 1)with ann's tutorial and 2) a duplicate with a comicaction from Action4Photoshop + a layer with filter-sketch-halftone pattern, then I switches some layers for a better result. I grouped the end results from 1) and 2) on the canvas
