I used the ballet dancer earlier but I didn't like the result of the lay out. So I gave her a second chance.

I clipped other papers, transfers and paints on it and set different blend modi

At last I made a Crt-shft-alt- e Visible stamp (also know as "The Move" I learned today on Annas FB group) and applied the lighting Effect on it

I used a lot transfers and paints
I allied the Twirl filter on 2 of them to get a dynomic effect
