The Process
Because the photo had started to fade, I worked with the levels to bring back the color. I opened up Artsy Transfers Mountain High_3 and imported the photo. The image was clipped to the large paint layer. I moved some layers around and turned others off. Once I was satisfied I made a composite image and imported it to a 12x12 page with a solid background from AP Mountain High. On a new layer a smaller square was made and the same solid paper was clipped to it. A custom shadow was created. The composite image was resized and place on the smaller square. Artsy Transfers Wilderness_5 was opened, several layers were turned off and recolored. A composite image was made and imported to the 12x12 page. I also used just the textured layers on the page. Embellishments were added to complete the page.
