Process | I turned the template 90 degrees clockwise. I clipped my photos to the masks and then placed my background paper. I selected colours from my photos to recolor the paint layers and clipped paper to others. I added a fotoglow with a blending mode of hard light. I placed the Watercolour '&' sign and recolored it pink. I placed a bit of word art and a few embellishments to finish the layout.
