Process notes:
I placed the ArtsyPaper4 as my background page. I extracted a photo of little me in a party mood, and placed it on the left side of the page.
On the right side of the page I added a photo with my nieces and nephews celebrating my party. I placed a layer mask at the photo and brushed away the parts I didn't want to show.
I added the MM Balloons, wordart, the faded words and strips. Then my page was finished.
