I made this card to wish Oscraps a Happy 4th Birthday! I love this community and it's designers so much!

As part of the birthday celebration, All of the creative team members for Sue Cummings converted our Oscraps birthday cards into freebies for everyone to download to celebrate!

My card is a .png file and it has an opening for a photo of the recipient.
