Process
A solid paper from APP Ludiosis was used as the foundation for the page. The image was extracted, duplicated, changed to black and white (hard light), then duplicated again with a torn edge filter added (foreground: black, background: white). A hard mix blending mode was added to the top layer. The title was added, rotated vertically, with an offset black stroke added. Dots for the Flower template pack were clipped to the title. The clock was added with balloons layered behind it. A metal style was added to the number 21. The page was completed by adding dimensional embellishments, strokes, paper textures, splatters and word art.
