Process

I dragged a solid paper onto a 12x12 document.
I then clipped my photograph onto a Fotoblendz, duplicated it and added a soft light blending mode and a gaussian blur then brushed out the blur from the face of the cherub.
The layers that came with the Fotoblendz were recoloured to match the photograph.
Artsy Transfers were then added to frame the photograph.
Embellishments from Multimedia Leaves were added, the WordART.
Finally I added my quote.
