Page Process-
Simply some ARTPlay with NEW AnnaRelease kits.

The quote was placed and then additional WordART along with elements and Looped UrbanThreadz and brushes.

MultiMedia Stars were used and the psd contains multiple layers to use as is or pick and choose the pieces you want to incorporate into your page design.

The glows from the MultiMedia Stars use the soft light and vivid light blending modes and the glows were duplicated and scattered across the page to add light and brightness.
