Grateful for the husband who still thinks I am beautiful and tells me so, and who sticks with me through thick and thin, no matter what.
Grateful for the two beautiful children who excitedly clamor for my attention at the end of a long day at work and make me feel loved and needed no matter how tired I may be.
Grateful for the silly dogs who love me unconditionally and never fail to put a smile on my face.
Grateful for the job that, although utterly exhausting at times, puts food on the table and does allow me to put family first when the need arises.
Grateful for the home that, while it needs some work, keeps us safe and warm and is the place where my kids are growing up and our family is making memories.
Grateful for the fact that my family and extended family members are all here and whole. Ive learned this year just how quickly things like that can change and how we must appreciate the blessings we have and never take them for granted. And so, today I do feel truly blessed and so extremely grateful.
