The pizza:
Roasted garlic, olive oil base, black mission Figs, spinach, prosciutto, Asiago & Mozzarella finished with a balsamic glaze.
Journaling:
It was a 110 mile tow to the Jeep place in Grand Junction. We grieved the loss of so much fun and wonderful weather. Remember the crack 2" from the bottom of the windshield, that ran the whole width of that big truck, and the asiago fig pizza at Citrola's across from our hotel.
AAA paid for the tow and we have a lifetime warranty on the drive train, so we'll be fine when we can either go play or go home. In the meantime, we'll be fine too.
