I did some color enhancing on the photo
In a new document I placed the photo and I framed it with a frame from the APP Vivacity. I placed a transfer from the APP Vivacity and clipped a duplicate of the photo to it. ( I wanted to extend the photo a little) I placed the backgroundpaper. I placed all the transfers and brushes they came under but also over the photo! I played with the Blendmodes. I colored some brushes. I placed the overlays from ScriptTease Celebrate Overlays 1. I used 2 overlays in 2 colors. I placed the elements and the Wordart. I colored the WA. I placed the urban Banner stitch! I colored it too! I added some strokes! I gave the center of the page a bit more white above the backgroundlayer.
I merged the layers and did a little bit of sharpening! I gave the page a warm photofilter at 6%.
