The Process
I began by selecting a neutral solid from AP Wonderful. I extracted the image from my photo, duplicated it several times changing the blending mode to color burn with a reduced opacity. I added a colored photo filter and clipped it to the top image. A brush from AP Wonderful was layered below the image and a paper from AP Chevron Infatuated was clipped to it. A frame from AP Christmas Nostalgia was added with the blending mode changed to darken. A JazzedUp LoopDaLoop 5 was added with several layers hidden and a paint layer recolored. A balloon from MultiMedia Balloons 2 was added with the hue/saturation adjusted and a thread from Urban Threadz 3 added. Watercolor balloons were layered below. FadedWords Celebrate, elements, splatter brushes, tape, urban korner stitchez, transfers from AP Party, a border from AP Easter Bunny (recolored) and charm were added to complete the page.
