Process:
Firstly I modified the photo in Picasa with HDR effect. Then I choosed an arty paper an opened it with Photoshop. I put a layer there and made with white brushes a photomask. I cropped the photo with it. I put some transfers behind and top of the photo/photomask. Put an artsy stroke and hang some tags on it. I write 'London' title there. I used a butterfly brush and an artist edges overlay with smaller fill value finally.
