Process:
Photo was processed with Glaze app, opened in PSE
and clipped to transfer from AP Go See.
Various glows and transfers were used to highlight color.
I added a Hipster Plume below the photos mask to extend the masks design.
Page was bordered with two edgers.
1. Artist Edges Overlay 8, clipped with blue paper.
2. Artist Edges Overlay 6, clipped with orange paper.
Add title and journaling.
