Journaling: "It can be the first daffodil of the spring, lilies in the summer, geraniums in the planter boxes, or any beautiful bloom...they all just bmake me smile and feel happy. I love the bright colors and seeing how they bloom and grow. When I was still at home, I loved walking through Dads gardens. Now, I like to see my own flowers bloom. And I have a greater appreciation for his gardens. I dont have the greatest luck when it comes to gardening. Someday maybe Ill have a big beutiful flower garden complete with benches tucked in cozy little areas, a water feature to listen to, a winding path...the whole thing. Until then, Ill enjoy the few flowers I do have and try to learn how to convert my brown thumb to a green thumb."
