I started with the background this time. I reduced the opacity and erased a bit of the texture! A resized blue paper was placed above it. I clipped my photo on a transfer played with the blend modes and the opacity! I clipped the transfer with photo onto the blue paper! I placed a frame under it so it only shows the sides! I added my brushes and transfers above the background layer. Above that layer I placed the text. I placed the tape texture above photo layer. I added the element and some more (a bit recolored) transfers to finish! And of course my title!
