An album I created after doing one of Annas classes, aAProject.

The first vacation together with our grandchildrens took place in June 2007. We visited Grnna where we were looking how to make the Swedish "polkagris" and then we went to Kolmrden, a safari park. We finished our trip at Astrid Lindgrens World were we met all the famous character by her: Pippi Lngstrump, Emil i Lnneberga, Mio, Madicken etc.

Process: I opened up a double-page spread and added my photos. I desaturated some photos to simplify the design. I copied stains and recolored and transformed these. I added brushes, textures and embellishments. I also placed a map element on almost every page.
