Frame of Mind

Just a fun layout about my love of photography!

Journaling:

It's been said our mind thinks in pictures. I know that ever since I was a young girl, I have loved taking photographs. I can remember having a Polaroid camera that instantly developed photos. I was fascinated. Then I got my first 35mm camera when I was 22 years old. When I married, my husband gave me a new 35mm for my birthday. Then the next year, he gave me a digital point and shoot. Although I wasnt sure about the digital stuff, I soon realized I could easily take shots and quickly see if I had a good photo or not. (mostly not!) It allowed me to practice as I started training my eye to see the beauty all around me. Its been five years now since I was seriously bitten by the photo bug and theres no letting up in sight! My family is now familiar with seeing me constantly snapping away and my husband gets a kick out of it. To me, its a frame of mind.

(Inside photo) - I love to go out into the world and just watch, and see if there is anything unusual or special to capture with my lens. The simplest images move me.
