Fitness Goals 2018
It wont happen if you dont plan it and put it in motion. This is the year that I lose that 25 lbs put on since menopause. I need to do it for better health and wellbeing.

Journaling reads: the past couple years but never able to lose that 20-25 lbs. But this year that will change. My work offered 17 weeks of Weight Watchers and paying for 75% of the fees. I opted to join even though I'd be starting during the holidays. The new plan is call "Freestyle" and is great for me as a vegetarian with beans and legumes now zero points. I lost 2 lbs during the 2 week holiday period. Since Dec 8th (5 wks) I have lost 7.8 lbs. Goal- 20lbs by June Plan- WW Freestyle, 15-20 min of movement each day, 10,000 steps
