Notes for Photoshop Elements 14

This is a collage made by layering up bits and pieces of four vintage shooting targets with a free-use vintage photo, all on a variety of different blending modes. The background is composed of Artsy Papers and transfers; the texture on top comes from Artsy Transfers and brushes. I added clouds and birds to the sky for a little drama to parallel the drama taking place in Washington, D.C., and the branch blended into the Different Strokes paint for a scribble effect with a little dimension. Lots of layer masking allowed me to position things the way I wanted on the canvas.
