I must have downloaded this cute desktop as one of my earlier downloads (freebie from OScrap last year) and either got it as a jpeg or messed up saving it that way. So I covered up a few things since I couldn't use the frame as a png....but it was too cute to pass up. It's sort of meant tongue-in-cheek....but I couldn't be happier that he's our prez....
