My first Dim Sum restaurant experience was when Ace HS friends Eunice and Johanns (Simon Paz) treated me to Ding Qua-Qua along Mango Ave. in Cebu City sometime in April 2001. From then on, Chinese food has become my favorite international cuisine. It has become Ace favorite too! We used to treat ourselves with Steamed Fried Rice and Siomai in Ding How after the Sunday worship during the time that we were in Cebu City. When Ding How opened a branch in Davao, Ace and I were so happy because we wont be missing Cebus best Dim Sum since Little Ding How is a sister restaurant of Ding How, Ding Qua-Qua and Harbour City. Since then, we frequent Little Ding How every time we feel like feasting on yummy Dim Sum food. Nothing tastes like our favorite Dim Sum.
