I like the edgy frame in this Artplay Palette, so I started with that, extending the ribbon out of the mask and then using a variety of brushes behind the frame as clipping masks for duplicates of the photo, to soften the frame edges. Transfers and overlays gave the background (Artsy Paper # 4) additional texture. The metal Love element is blended into the background with color burn mode.
