Journaling reads: For months and months, Rachel was consumed with everything Lion King. We had Lion King action figures, colorforms, stuffed animals, clothes, sneakers, sandals, barrettes...., and I am certain we watched the movie 100s of times. I am just so glad that it was an enjoyable movie for mom and dad as well. So, of course she had to have Rachels 3rd birthday be a Lion King Birthday Party. - Hakuna Matata!!!
When Rachel was in Debra's daycare, we would have a double birthday party, one at daycare and one at home with mom and dad. Rachels party at Debras gave the daycare kids a chance to have some extra fun and cake and ice cream. Finding this Lion King cake meant that Rachel ended up with 3 more Lion king action figures - Yeah!!!
