Translation:
"Mommy nose!", and there, you put your tiny finger on mommy's nose. "Mouth!", and there, you put your hand against mommy's mouth. "Ear!", and there, you prick your tiny finger in mommy's ear. "Gasses!", and there, you put your tiny finger against mommy's glasses, leaving behind a big fingerstain. Also mommy's cheeks, hair, throat and chin are being named and pointed at in the same way. After that the same exercition (naming and pointing) follows, but then on yourself: "Famke nose!"... etcetera...
