I extracted the woman from the photo. I used a few Artistic Filters on the photo.
I placed the photo in a new document. I duplicated the photo and filled it with a brown color to use it as a shadow layer. I blurred this layer with Gaussian blur and reduced the opacity and warped it a little. I made a selection with the Rectangular Marquee Tool on a new layer. I filled it with color and clipped a paper from ArtPlay Palette Crazy Life to it. Also some brushes and transfers were placed. I placed some brushes from Decor Art no 1 on the paper behind the woman and colored them. I placed the elements and the wordart. I placed the backgroundpaper and I gave some more texture with the Paper Textures no 1.
