Process notes:
First part of my layout:
I used AASPN_ArtPlayPaletteBirthday_ArtsyPaper2 as my background paper. I added a mask from the Painted FotoBlendz and clipped a paper to it. I placed some transfers, a magic flare and the star overlay on my layout.
I extracted my photo and added a sticker on it, to make it stand out some more.
I added an artsy clock and a birthday wordart with some balloons on my layout. I added the stitched 2 from the Alpha Collection no. 1 and added some more party elements.

Second part of my layout:
I went on top of all my layers and pressed Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E (Command + Option + Shift +E on the Mac). This adds a flattened version of the image to the new layer but leaves the layers intact too.
I resized my new layer to 90% and added the frame from the APP Mint Blizzard. I duplicated these two layers and rotated them somewhat.
Underneath these layers I added two yellow papers from the APP Birthday. Then I added the two cute lace butterflies.
