Translation:
Easter Eve 2011 a lovely spring day and we decided it was time for premiere BBQ. Bittan was home alone so she joined us for dinner. We barbeques pork loin and ate with hasselbackspotatoes, bearnaise sauce and a green salad. For dessert we had easter cakes that I had made.
(Hasselbacks potatoes is a kind of potatoes you bake in the oven.)
