Thank you Jeanne! I have always loved seals I have one from Sea World in Florida with his mouth open and would make a good poster for a dentist office! I really did like the way this page turned out.. thank you for your sweet comment!
PS the blending is done with a black mask on the photo layer and using a soft round brush, I painted in the seal where I wanted it... You can then change the blend mode of the layer.. the soft round brush gives that soft dreamy look to it
