Journaling:
Two years earlier, in August 2013, we looked over to Black Bear Pass from Imogene pass. We could see the switchbacks, 365-foot Bridal Veil Falls, Ingram Creek and the old mine ruins. We weren't ready for it. Looking down the valley above Telluride was one of the rewards. Remember the many abandoned mines and cables above the road.

The upper photo was taken two years ago. The next pages I post will be of the road at the point where the road drives through the creek/waterfalls in the upper left of that photo.
You are really the specialist of double spreads! This one is remarkable by the return(restoration) of all the space of these magnificent landscapes!

Love the colouring and also the sense of space you create with the textures. The photos are amazing. I'm in awe of that landscape.

Wonderful use of color, I really like seeing the two photos together, great perspective!

I love seeing all the places you get to see in your Jeep - Everything about this makes me happy!!!!

Yup... know that view... ran the Imogene Pass run a couple times... still think I would rather run up the headwall than drive in a Jeep...
