Create new document 12x12” and placed solid paper as base
Added stain overlays
Attempted to do out of bounds effect but switched it up a bit
Positioned ribbon as frame
Placed photo beneath frame (copied photo and positioned, cloned, used layer masks to blend)
Added paper textures and brush elements to ‘frame’ my photo, beneath the ribbon frame
Brought in wordart, bubbles, stains, threadz and elements for added depth and detail
